Canara Bank — forgot transaction pass word and not displaying fund transfer option in internet banking in my user id

sir/mam, i have internet banking user id but in my accout there is no fund transfer option then how will i transfer the amount from canara bank account to within and other banks.pls rectify this. i dont knwo what is exact reason. kindly do the needful.thanking you
