Even though I call from my registered mobile number it says call from registered mobile n I am unable to talk to ur executives. Coz of this I am unable to login to my net banking since I need some details.

I had made an electricity bill payment on 13th May 2019. Amount from the account is debited but a message “BBPS failed “ was received and the bill was not paid. No refund is received yet even after complaint is made. Please make the refund asap.
