Canara Bank — I am complaining about my refund which was processed by amazon

I have ordered jio dongale on 3rd oct amazon prime. I have cancel my order due to some reasons. Amazon intiate my refund. But till now my bank didnot processed my refund.

This is to confirm that refund for amount 799.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.
