Canara Bank — I am complaint about refund money from amazon

I am purchase 2 light metal on 23.01.2020 from amazon and i was refund one at same day. But still i am not received my amount back. I call to canara bank customer service was not talk to me properly. And saying talk to amazon. But amazon give me ref. No. 650634 but still i am not not received my amount. Plz help me for the same and refund my money back. Thanks

Paid my sbi life insurance premium using UPI payment, amount got debited, but transaction got failed. when contacted UPI provider phonepe, they insisted me to raise chargeback with bank.
