Canara Bank — i with draw rs. 5000 from atmachine (sbi) but i have not receive any cash or slip

I would like to tlak about my a/c[protected]. Dear sir i have a saving a/c on canara bank branch babain. I with draw rs.5000 from atmachine (Sbi) babain on dt 13.02.18 with seq[protected] but i have not receive any cash or slip from atmachine and show this message "trasanction is time out". But same amount was debited from my a/c. I complaint the bank he told me give a application still the amount not credited to my account sir i hope that you will solve my problem in this regard i ever thankful to you sir
