[Resolved] Canara Bank — imps other bank transfer failed

Dear sir,
I have try to transfer through imps to idbi bank beneficiary an amount of 10, 000 on 17 february 2019 and the status is showing as transaction failed, but the amount is debited and not credit back to my account and also not received the money in beneficiary account.

I am Customer of canara bank having account no[protected] I withdrawn money from the SBI ATM on the date of February 16 2019 money has been deducted but I did not get the money from the SBI atm
Kindly resolve my issue

I have registered my mobile number but I can't found my account while using any payment app as it is showing that your number Has not been registered to your account. Please register my mobile number so that I can use the online payment apps
