I made an online IMPS transaction througn net banking transferring Rs. 1, 10, 000/- from the debit of my account No:[protected] with Canara Bank to the Beneficiary Mr. J.R. Muralidharan's account No:[protected] with Indian Bank Rangarajapuram Branch, on 01.07.2023 morning. The amount has not yet been credited to the Beneficiary's account till now (02.07.2023 - 02.35 PM).
Kindly instruct Canara Bank to credit back the amount besides reversing their charges with a penalty of Rs. 200 /- immediately. Otherwise I would be constrained to lodge a complaint with Banking Ombudsman claiming huge damages.
