Canara Bank — imps transaction timed out amount has been deducted

Address:ROOM NO-508, VISITORS HOSTEL, IISER MOHALI CAMPUS, SAS NAGAR, MOHALI PUNJAB, Mohali, Punjab, 140306

Today when i was used canara bank internet banking (Imps) for a fund transfer, but unfortunately transaction got failed due to time out but still amount got deducted and not credit either beneficiary account nor my account.

Kindly look this matter and resolve as soon as possible.

Transaction amount - inr 10, 000.00
Transaction date - 02/05/2019
Transaction time - 07:30 pm

I got below sms
Your fund transfer for rs.10000.00 on 02-05-19 is timed out. Please check with your bank (Imps ref no.[*].
