Canara Bank — in upi it's still shows pending transaction but debited successful

Hello
I transferred rs 10000 on 23 feb 2018 via bhim app,
Ac/no[protected], amount had been
Deducted but not credited to beneficiary account
Ac/no - [protected]
And also not refunded back to debited account.
The transaction id is[protected]
I transferred​ it for urgent purpose but its totally worthless app i have ever seen this problm in my life.in bhim app the transaction is still shows in pending and also written thant it will reslove in 2 working days.. But its not done.. And when i mailed to bhim support id, no response i got.
