To Canara bank, Branch - vibuthipura Date: 12/12/2019 Sub: incorrect disbursal of funds from the atm machine. Respected sir, I bring to your notice an incident that happened last night. We can to the atm located next to the branch to withdraw the following amounts and the amounts that were dispersed were quite different. Details of the transaction are as follows 1st transaction: Amount keyed in 15, 000 rs Amount actually dispersed by the atm machine:5, 000 rs Debit message on phone indicated: 15, 000 rs 2nd transaction: Amount keyed in 5000 rs Amount actually dispersed by the atm machine:1500 rs Debit message on phone indicated: 5000 rs We request you to look into this matter on a priority and reconcile your atm machines. It’s our hard-earned money and we will not let it go just like that.in the concerned branch nobody is resolving our issues, please kindly solve our issue, furthermore, we also request you to fix the atms and we have been notified of other people who have gone through similar grievances.
