Canara Bank — Internet banking Loan Accounts Visibility problem.

My Problem: I have net banking with Viewing and transaction Rights. When I click the loan menu its show the message “There are no Accounts Available for this function”. But I Need to view My Loan details in Net banking. I complained about this in Canara Bank by person and mail. But they said they dont know about that and advised me to contact Banglore Head office. I also contacted them via mail but they replayed me like follows : ... Dear Sir/ Madam, Kindly use the link “LOANS” Kindly send the screen shot for the same, to take up with the technical team.
