Canara Bank — irresponsible and worst reply a branch manager can suggest | |||
I went to canara bank today as i got a message stating my atm card was blocked. When i talked to branch manager, he suggested me to go to near by atm and try changing pin. I asked him for nearby atm. He said near by atms don't work, so i need to go to some place 40km away to change my pin. This was the most stupid and idiotic reply any branch manager can ever give. But thanks to him for making my choice simpler. I will make sure that i close my bank account in your bank asap. Please ensure that your employees have some courtesy and manners when they interact with customers. Branch manager being rude doesn't make any sense to me. To sum up, i would rate you guyzzz 0 out of 10 for customer satisfaction. Was this information helpful? | |||
