Canara Bank — Issues with address and fixed deposit

The address of the customer not updated after two years of approach everytime bank demanded new application and address proof. Also when we enquire the fixed deposit details which is there with the banks from 2014 the lady refuses to check after many press she bluntly replied saying that there is no fixed deposits at all in the accounts. Not even little concern after updating that its very old account to check again the answer was system showing there is no fd in the account, contact someone.

Updated by Usha Dinakar THE ADDRESS OF THE CUSTOMER NOT UPDATED AFTER TWO YEARS OF APPROACH EVERYTIME BANK DEMANDED NEW APPLICATION AND ADDRESS PROOF. ALSO WHEN WE ENQUIRE THE FIXED DEPOSIT DETAILS WHICH IS THERE WITH THE BANKS FROM 2014 THE LADY REFUSES TO CHECK AFTER MANY PRESS SHE BLUNTLY REPLIED SAYING THAT THERE IS NO FIXED DEPOSITS AT ALL IN THE ACCOUNTS. NOT EVEN LITTLE CONCERN AFTER UPDATING THAT ITS VERY OLD ACCOUNT TO CHECK AGAIN THE ANSWER WAS system showing there is no FD in the account, contact someone.
