Canara Bank — last 2 transactions refund

I had a call from shine jons pro, they asked for a 10rs transaction from my account, when i had typed all the information from website 1000 rs debited from my account, and after that they debited 2000rs from my account. They debited total 3000 rs from my account, which had done
By the fake call. Please refund me my money immediately. The number from which i got a call was [protected]. Please solve this problem

and this month 29000 is credited from my credit card..i have lodged complaint 100 times on your toll free no n bank also..but still i am not getting response regarding that..pls cooperate as soon as possible
