Disrespectful behavior of manager ms. Archna singh and her subordinate. Brookefield branch bangalore. Very humiliating treatment.
On. Visiting the. Bank this lady officer never makes eye contact or smiles. She only uses her hand to gesture when asked or when approached for help.. The manager and her is v good at pointing mistakes and why the customer should behave well while they make no attempt to make the customer feel respected.. It's a shame that a trusted and large bank like canara bank has such arrogant staff with such a casual attitude towards a large number of customers. The only sane person is a male staff. Because of whom we visit the bank.. I have decided not to continue my deposits.. Because it is humiliating each time and this time i decided to post this. Don't you teach basic courtesy to your staff members. It is apalling and such a shame.

Consistent disrespectful behavior of manager ms. Archna singh and her subordinate. Brookefield branch bangalore. Very humiliating treatment. And such display of arrogance. She shouts back at you defending herself and stating her rules. She then stomps to display worse body language and then sits down completely ignoring you and making no attempt to come back and ask if things were ok.. The lady staff makes you wait despite the fact that there is less than five customers at the branch busy typing and finishing her work while your cheque waits for clearance and that too knowing fully well that as a customer you are already annoyed. It is the most disgusting and disrespectful branch of canara bank and a shame to this banks brand. I want a written and an in person apology from the manager. If it doesn't matter for you if a customer like me is lost then i cannot do much but please remember every day one customer like me is leaving that branch.. No body tracks to find out why we are leaving. Maybe you have got enough money that you don't care. But if i don't get an appropriate reply to this i can only say its a shame. Petty and humiliating bank branch

Bank employees are not in a position / situation to make eye contact / smile at you. They are having more responsible work than this. First understand that and then post only meaningful things. How can you expect someone to smile at you in work place ? If employees didnt complete your work then make a compliant. But eye contact, smile etc are your unnecessary needs. Just change your mindset
