Canara Bank — managers behavior | |||
Disrespectful behavior of manager ms. Archna singh and her subordinate. Brookefield branch bangalore. Very humiliating treatment. On. Visiting the. Bank this lady officer never makes eye contact or smiles. She only uses her hand to gesture when asked or when approached for help.. The manager and her is v good at pointing mistakes and why the customer should behave well while they make no attempt to make the customer feel respected.. It's a shame that a trusted and large bank like canara bank has such arrogant staff with such a casual attitude towards a large number of customers. The only sane person is a male staff. Because of whom we visit the bank.. I have decided not to continue my deposits.. Because it is humiliating each time and this time i decided to post this. Bank employees are not in a position / situation to make eye contact / smile at you. They are having more responsible work than this. First understand that and then post only meaningful things. How can you expect someone to smile at you in work place ? If employees didnt complete your work then make a compliant. But eye contact, smile etc are your unnecessary needs. Just change your mindset
