Canara Bank — misbehave by staff member

Today on 5th november, when i went to the bank in the morning, the heater was running in the inside room and there was no one in the room. Asking in the bank, it was found that the heater was run by omkar chand. Who is a peon in the bank. When i asked omkar chand to turn off the heater, he misbehaved with me.
