To whomsoever it may concern
Hi, This is Adrian Fernandes.
I visited Canara Bank, Kandivali west branch yesterday (27th March 2015).
I had given my passbook to be updated and in the same duration, I happened to receive an urgent call.. As I answered the call, one of the customer services executives (Mr. Solanki) yelled out in a high pitch tone and sarcastically commented "This is not a park where the mobile phones would be allowed"
This turned out to be a heated argument with around 15 odd people in the bank witnessing the same and I was left extremely surprised with this sort of a behaviour. Nor once, was there any sort of courtesy or polite tone used through out the conversation to inform me that the tone could not be used. When asked about any notice placed in the bank for non-usage of mobile phones, he started behaving absolutely rude. This sort of behaviour has been observed for the second time and inspite of raising a complaint, I guess no action might have been taken to improve.
I would want a strong action to be taken with this regards and an apology by the bank.
Regards
