I am writing this complaint because on the day 27/11/2022 time 14:56, I am transferring 10, 000/- rupees money to someone but it mistakenly gone a wrong account number via Paytm he is unknown person and he is also from Canara Bank, when it happens that day is Sunday so when I called a Helpline number I updated every details to executive they said we are updated to branch so you please visit ur branch, but one thing for somework I came to Goa state iam not possible to go my Homebranch, but I sent my friends to homebranch on 28/11/2022, but they are not accepting my complaint iam not there, and also helpline executive gave me that unknown persons details, these are the details of that account mistakenly transfererd, given below

These are the details, I called him but he is not responding, he is refusing to give back my money, so today I gone to my near Canara Bank branch ' Cuncolium Salcete Goa, I talk with the manager and they said submit one letter with all documents, and I submitted a letter with all documents, and they called a that unknown persons homebranch manager they said they also called him but he is not responding also their call, so I am also complaining to canara bank, so i am requesting to u please help me and also refund my money to my account .
