Canara Bank — Mobile Banking app not working | |
Hi, I have opened a bank account in your bank and have recieved ATM CARD yesterday only. Now the problem is I have installed and uninstalled your mobile banking app more ten times but same problem I am facing. I am getting OTP on my registered number but not able to type or copy paste the same on your mobile because of which I am not able to access your app. This is ridiculous, I have opened an account just to get rid of these things in bank of india and now you people are worse then that bank. Attached the screenshot for your consideration. Solve it immediately or else I wnt mind closing this account. I got the mail regarding this today, and they mentioned that for security reason they have stopped OTP typing, and it should automatically capture the OTP, but automatic capture of OTP is not happening even if my registered mobile number sim is there in the same mobile. I am using 2..0.58 version of Canara Bank app. Solve this immediately or else i won't mind closing my account without even using it.
