Canara Bank — money deducted but transaction failed

My account number is[protected]. My name is supriya chakma.
I have made a payment of rs. 505.90 for my college.
The transaction got failed after i gave all the credentials and otp and proceeded. A failed server page occured. But money got deducted. The payment was not successful. Please take necessary steps to refund the amount.
