Canara Bank — money deducted from my a/c due to transaction failure and not return | |||
Hello Sir, My Name is Sachin Rathi. I am form Baghpat (U.P). I Have Canara Bank A/c in a local branch of my village. . Account Number :[protected] IFSC Code :- CNRB 0003702 Sir I want to say that i have done a online transaction of 1000 rupee through Phone Pay at 08 Oct 2018 But due to Bank server issue my transaction has been failed and Money debited form my A/c then i got a message " if your money is debited from Your Account it will be refunded within 7 working days" But i didn't receive. Then I went to my branch and contact with my branch manager they told me You have to give a application to me and we will refund your money. I done the same and also called customer care and inform the same thing. They didn't give me any solution for this. Sir One and half month passed for this Issue and Still not Resolved and I didn't receive my money. Transaction Id and Screenshot also Attach Below. And Today Same happen Again when i am sending amount of 1100 rupee through BHIM App. Again my transaction failed any Money deduct form my A/c. Sir I am so irritating using Canara bank services and for this transaction screenshots also attached below. Today I am again visited in my branch and told the same my branch branch manager ask me " We can't do anything here". Customer Care Number do not tell any solutions Kindly do the helpful .
