Canara Bank — money got debited and amount not refund

I did transactions on 5 december 2017 of rs 10000. My name mohammed and account number is[protected]. Due to server problem in canara mobile banking my money not transfer and debit from my account. Plz solve my problem immediately and refund my money

Money transferred through canmobile app (Mobile no : [[protected])

During transaction there was a message "beneficiary bank node is offline, try again". Imfps no : #

But money is debited and amount not transferred to beneficiary nor credited back to my account.
