Canara Bank — money got debited and amount not transferred to beneficiary

Address:Mysore, Karnataka, 570010

I made a transaction for rs 10, 000/- on[protected] to m/s kumari, who is holding account in sbi (Account no [protected]).

Money transferred through canmobile app (Mobile no : [protected])

During transaction there was a message "beneficiary bank node is offline, try again". Imfps no : #

But money is debited and amount not transferred to beneficiary nor credited back to my account.

Please look into this and replay to this mail, let know the status.

Pl activate my debit card as the mistake in the key board while recharging my mobile fro Rs.220 in BSNL yesterday night
OTS PW was inadverdently entered wrongly.
As my ATM card is so essential kindly activate the acrd.
