Canara Bank — Money lost from my sb account

On 08 dec 2016 rs 35000/ deducted from my account and the cheque returned due to ur bank technical problems, the amount still not return back to my account, when i was making complaint with can bank manager in ayyapankavue in kerala on 12 dec2016 he told me the amount will back in week time, on 27dec 2016 i given a return complaint still amount not back in my sb account please let me know what is going on, reply as soon as possible
