Canara Bank — Money Transferred filed however amount debited to account and also after 10 days not receive the refund

I have transferred the amount of Rs. 1500 to mobile number [protected] on May 09, 2023, However the transaction failed and amount debited to account and opposite person also not receive the fund.
Till today i have not received the refund on the same kindly assist me to resolve this issue.
