My ROBECO mutual fund of Rs 10 lakhs matured. I went to Mr Yogendra for Redemption. He asked me to get so many documents including a Photo. When I submitted all the documents he made me come again and again to the branch saying, that is not correct & this not correct. after colecting all that, he said once it is ready he would call me. He never called even after one month. Mean time that branch was merged with Sarakki branch. After 1 month when I contacted him, he said that redemption is not processed because, they wanted one more signature. I am a 73 year old doctor with nearly a crore deposit in that branch. There was no consideration for my age, my profession, big deposits. Then I approched the Chief Manager Sarakki branch Mr. Shastry. He redemed the amount on line with in half an hour.
I request Canara Bank to take sever action against Mr. Yogendra. Thanks.
