Canara Bank — my account get empty due to a fake call

Address:B 1/23,Ground floor, DLF Dilshad Extn-2,Bhopura, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP-201005

I have a fake call at 1:31 pm from number — [protected].
From my canara account over 20, 000 rupees are debited from this fake call.
I want to complaint to this no. And want to recover my amount.
Please help me as soon as possible.
