Canara Bank — my college ot getting username and password for ishan uday north east scholarship

Sir i am from jis college of engineering kalyani nadia west bengal sir i am selected for ishan uday north east scholarship of 2016-17.
But my college dont have any username or password to register in yours web portal. Sir that's why my college can't upload my documents on ugc site.
There is a mail send by my college to your ugc website but there is no response.
Please sir i request you to give your kind attention to this.
It's a matter of a very big amount of money.
Please sir give password and username thus my college can register and upload my documents.
