Canara Bank — my fixed deposit money transferred to my nominee account without my permission now i am not getting it back

I have a fixed deposit in canara bank. About couple of days back i went to get my fd but manager refused to provide it telling that my fd money have been transferred to my nominee account that too without my permission when i asked how can they do so they did'nt give me a valid reason i want to file complaint against manager who transferred my fd and is refusing to give my money back.
