Canara Bank — my refund is success from amazon but refund is not credit my bank account

My name is ravi kumar and i had ordered a product of rs.48990 dell inspiron 3493 14-inch laptop (10th gen core i5-1035g1/8gb/512gb ssd/win 10 + ms office/intel hd graphics/silver) e-c560514win9
In amazon on 29th july 2020 & i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 29th july 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005402130211131200053 and told me to fill charge dispute form but canara bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]
