Canara Bank — Need to wait one day to get my gold back | |||
My father had a gold loan in canara bank of aigali village in athani taluku and belagam district. My father taken a gold loan from this branch. One day i and my father went to bank to pay the total amount to get back our gold items. We went to manager cabin. We are just trying to enter inside cabin, mnager suddenly shouted and scolded us, why you are coming inside, get out. He is treated us like dog. Ok. We asked about how much to pay to get gold back. He not toled anything. He keep shouting and told to go outside and ask outside cabin staff. We really hurt by this behaviour. After paying the amount we again came to manager to get our gold back. Time was morning 11.00am. He told to come at 2pm. Again he shouted. Now we recorded his behaviour in our mobile. Again we come at 2pm, now he told i am going for lunch come at 4pm. We come at 4pm and asked again. He not spoke to us. We waited for 1hour. Again we asked. At 5pm he told come tomorrow. What this behavoiur sir? Because of him only governments banks are in bad name. We really frustrated of this incident. We decided to close all our account, our relatives accounts, and we told all our friends not to do transactions with canarabank.
