Canara Bank — netbanking financial service related | |||||
I have an account in canara bank my acc number is[protected], my cust id 96141976. My netbanking finanacial service is not enabled so i have called my branch bank rt nagar there on monday i spoke with mr.jitendar they said me to email them on ther bank mail id [protected]@canarabank.com i have mailed all the details as he stated he said around 11 in the morning that financial services will be activated around 3 he didnt do it then til 4 he said he wil do over the call i kept on waiting then he went of they said on call then tuesday was holiday so today 3/10/2018 morning i again called bank some lady picked up and lieng that mr.jitendar is not in bank they are outside i stated i want to speak to them then she gave cal to him he said in an hour he will get it done aound 10.30 he said again now its 1.44 i calld bank again that lady saying he is not at the bank i scolded her then she spoke with him and telling bank server issue am not getting solution for this as the bank employee is not ready to get it done and lieing that he is not available am facing issue with this not getting proper action customer care people say go to ur branch and branch employees doing as such.
