Canara Bank — net/jrf student portal

I am not able to access my student portal which has all the details of my net/jrf scholarship. Each time i try to register as a new customer, it says that the details are either incorrect or not found with them. I have confirmed with my college and all the details are already entered correctly by my college. I have been receiving the scholarship amount for one and a half years now, yet i am not able to access my canara bank portal since the portal doesn't identify my details. My jrf id is:- 16/ (Obc) (Net-nov2017)
