Canara Bank — no collected my refund amount

I perched two product from amazon. And paid from my visa debit card *1122. The amount is 6899 & 148
But i cancel my order for some reason. And no yet collected my refund amount. I asked to amazon regarding to my refund. Then they had provided transaction refrance number.

I had contected canara bank help line no.[protected] which is given at debit card. But they is no given proper response.
Please cheak my status and provide help
