Canara Bank — No proper customer service

I have gone to the Canara Bank, Virudhunagar Branch to change my mobile number details with proper letter & id proof's. (But they will told daily come tomorrow...come tomorrow we have no people to work.) More than 3 years i am using this account & I will maintain minimum balance. But Today I am going to close my canara bank account.Please take it as my complaint.
