Canara Bank — Non clearance of cheque no. 812609

I submitted the above mentioned cheque on 27 july 2016 in canara bank subroto park branch new delhi with no response for more than 10 days. Then after i received a message on my mobile to deposit it through ose in lajpat nagar branch new delhi which is my original account branch . I did accordingly on 17 aug 2016 till date i have got no response. I am repeatedly reminding them but getting no hopeful reply. I have been suffering a lot of financial crisis due to this non clearance of my cheque. Kindly needful at the earliest.
