Withdrawn Rs.2.87 lacs form my saving account being maintained with Canara Bank, NBCC Branch, Lodhi Road, New Delhi on 12.3.23 14:34 which complaint to said branch on 13.3.23 by hacking my phone. Repr. of branch assured that after registered online complaint through Bank(Canara Bank), they will provide copy within a couple of days in presence of Branch Manager. But inpsite of repeated requests/visit's, no proper response is received nor a copy of complaint. This is require on urgent basis for my records
On 31.3.23 again visited BO but clearly told they could not provided complaint copy as online filed to Head Office complaint cellI not in hard copy. Hence, if my comlaint has sent through online atleast copy of complaint either hard/soft copy be handed over to customer as a proof even 'Customer's Right' but no response is received.
