I lost my card yesterday...After 5:30 i called on their "SOCALLED" customer care number, but it was unreachable. I tried a lot of numbers but finally i got one number and called on that.Someone pickup the call, i told my situation they said sorry this is credit card department please call to other department. I told them i am trying to reach from last one hour i[censored] cant do anything please transfer my call to other department, they said we cant do anything .And the person attitude and behavior was worst.i have never seen this kind attitude and tone in my life.
