Canara Bank — Not providing any support for old people

My father went to Gaulikhal branch for minor account opening, but the bank all members not supported him, he is more than 60 years, as per the RBI guideline they will provide home service for old people but this bank all staff are not helping people .

Now i need to close my all family members account & my account as well.
