NRI Account opened at Golden Rock, Tiruchirapalli Tamilnadu 3 Month Before But so far I am not received Passbook or ATM card and the Bank staff and Branch Manager not responding any thing Because of that unable credit My NRI salary at Nigeria

Even though NRI Bank account activated on 24th Dec 2025 which is requested on 9th Dec 2025
I am not received Bank passbook, ATM Card and Cheque Book so far.
The Local Branch told it is despatched to Nigeria instead of My adhar address . It is very poor service from canara Bank Golden Rock Trichy team working and communication, kindly do the needful asap
