I wish to state that I made an online transaction for Rs.1000/- (on August 14, 2020-7.55 am) which failed. I received the OTP for my payment from Canara Bank and also my on money was debited to my Debit Card (xx5628) linked to SB A/c No. xx1074. For both these I received SMS notification. I initiated the matter at the intended recipient end, namely Airtel, and they have clarified that they have not received the amount.
I request that the matter be kindly looked into and the above be credited to my above account.
