Canara Bank — panasonic mobile refund issue

This is inform to you that i have purchase panasonic mobile amt of 5999/- and after 2 days i was returned. But still amt not showing in my a/c. Amzzon team saying we transfer the same amt date on 25.04.2019 in your a/c.
