Canara Bank — Payment fail

Dear Sir,

I had given a complaint to local canara bank subroto park branch regarding a transaction through empower app from my account no:[protected], alok Kumar Singh, subroto park branch. Payment of Rs16500 and this was done on 31/Jan from account no[protected] and the amount has been debited from my account and but till this amount not credited in beneficiary account. As discussed with local branch there is no response from your branch. I request you to pls take action and solve my problem and pls credit the amount + interest to my account.

Grossery was purchased from super market on 28.1.2017 .For an amount 618. the amount was deducted twice from account.
Please credit the excess amount deducted into my account .the super market is in kodannur and the time of purchase was 11.09.54 invoice number 001479
