Canara Bank — Payment failure due to net connection failed during transaction

Respected sir,
The amount rs.5600/- failed during transaction from my account on 02/12/2016 but the failure amount not yet refund in my account. I have already gave complaint my near canara bank branch but no action taken please do the needful. The details are
