Canara Bank — payment not received | |||
I purchased a product on amazon on 14th of this month using my canara bank debit card and i cancell the order on 14th and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 21 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status. MY money has been debited but not recharged my mobile... please check the below screenshot and refund my money as soon as possible.

17/06/2019 1:19PM I have made transaction into another bank.but my transaction failed at the time and my money debited from my account. And returned back to the same account.
I have not received my refund amount of 799 yet.transaction date 10 may 2019 refund inititate date 25 may 3 to 5 working days completed on 31 may, refund not received yet
