Canara Bank — Payment not refunded for cheque return

Canara Bank, Kanchipuram branch, nellukkara Street, near SSKV school.

I had took education loan for study purpose. By mistake it was wrongly amount debited from my dad account for cheque return amount of 590. Many time I told to bank manager they told me it will be refunded. But still it was not refunded. So pls kindly give a valuable response.
