Canara Bank — Pension arrears not received. | |||
As per GOI my central civil pension was revised during the month of april -2016. Accordingly Revised pension order was issued from (CPAO) central pension accounting office, New delhi to (CPPC) central pension processing centre of canara bank, bangalore and copy to me on 21.07.2016.From CPPC, bangalore mail was sent to canara bank tirukkurungudi (code no: 1276), (which is pension paying branch) tirunelveli district, Tamilnadu with calculation sheet to credit the pension immediately on 21.11.2016. More over I have met the manager twice personally and requested to credit the pension arrears as early as possible. Initially manager of the bank blindly denied that mail was not yet received. After one week ie on 17.12.2016 I have submitted the copy of the mail (which is addressed to the manager). Even after that also manager is not depositing the pension till today. If I contact any higher official they are simply answering every thing to be done by manager. Was this information helpful? | |||
