Canara Bank — Pension issue

Family pension need to be re-fixed by restoring the amount deducted for commutation.
As the state government has implemented 6th pay commission with effect from April 2018 the bank has not fixed the new pay scale also.Though these issues were brought to the notice of the MANAGER, CANARA BANK AMMATHI several times, no proper measures have been taken to resolve them. My mother is 73yrs old and suffering from age related problems and she is worried about these issues. Kindly do the needful.
