Canara Bank — Poor response from canara bank | |||
I am a SB account holder of Canara bank (avinashi branch). I had applied a gold loan (TO CLOSE MY PERSONAL LOAN) for my financial urgency and the same has been credited in SB account, and the problem is I am not able to debit the amount but I understood it's because of the demonetization and i agreed this. Poor response from the staffs. But i request for the NEFT/RTGS transfer but they asked to apply cheque book for the transaction, And i had applied the same for my urgency at that time immediately, but not yet received. So, I cant able to close my PL with in the period. Because of POOR banking with them, i forced to took leave for 4 days and again I have applied one more gold loan in the private finance, their itself they provide an excellent work. Because of poor banking with them, i had lost lot of money (as a interest & processing fees) and time. Even, i did't receive any response about cheque book and all.
