Canara Bank — refund amount is not reflected

This is to inform that i have done transaction to amazon of rs 779 on 8th of august and the product was not delivered to me and they have refunded the amount back on 16 th aug and reference number yi9vhs5s0000jyfci7ny they have informed the amount will be reflected by 23 rd of august regarding this i have contacted your customer service and they have not provided me any resolution.

Kindly please escalate this issue and do the needful at the earliest.
